Jastan Logistics provides storage and distribution as one service, because splitting them is where stock goes missing between suppliers. What we store, we also deliver, on our own vehicles.

Storage that suits the stock

Racked and palletised storage for cartoned goods, bulk floor space for high-volume lines, and controlled handling for cargo that needs it. Access control and round-the-clock security are standard, and every movement in or out is documented.

For cargo needing temperature control, our cold chain service covers −20°C to +5°C.

Inventory control you can audit

Goods-received notes on inbound, location-level records, cycle counts and full stock reconciliation on your reporting cycle. Pick, pack and value-added labelling are handled in-house, so a promotional relabel or a customer-specific pack does not need a fourth party.

Distribution into real networks

Scheduled route distribution into retail, wholesale and duka networks across Kenya, plus regional distribution into the corridor countries. Route planning is built around depot receiving windows rather than around what is convenient for the truck, because a delivery that arrives outside its window is not really a delivery.

Where a drop is too small or too remote for a rigid truck, it moves onto our last-mile fleet without changing supplier.
